Molded Glass Lenses
Custom molded glass lenses including spherical, cylindrical, meniscus, aspheric and special forms with tooling and optical inspection support.
MOLDED OPTICS FOR LIGHT CONTROL
China Lampoptics develops molded glass lenses for illumination, signal and optical assemblies. The range includes conventional molded lenses, Fresnel and TIR optics, lens arrays, fly-eye elements, aspherical surfaces and freeform light-distribution components.
SELECT BY OPTICAL FUNCTION
The correct lens family depends on the source geometry, source-to-optic distance, target beam, clear aperture and mechanical seat. Optical surfaces and mounting datums should be developed under the same controlled drawing.
Product coverage
Fused-silica options include fly-eye lenses, cylindrical microlens arrays, aspheric lenses and selected TIR designs for wavelength-specific optical systems.
Development route
Optical analysis, optical design or optimization, sample review, tooling development and customer verification are completed before repeat production.
Optical specifications
Lens dimensions, optical prescription, material grade and surface requirements are specified together to match the application.
